Alessandro founded Gong Capital together with Giuseppe Putignano bringing to Gong Capital all core skills related to real estate developments and non-performing loans acquisitions.
Alessandro developed his knowledge over 25 years of experience in the Italian real estate market as well as managing directors of real estate funds.
Giuseppe Putignano
Co-founder & CEO
The Architect Giuseppe Putignano has an extensive experience in large construction projects including proposal and management responsibilities working as Chief Executive Officer, Technical Director and Project Manager in construction companies since 1984.
After managing several real estate portfolios and being Advisor of primary investment funds, he founded, together with Alessandro Fasol, Gong Capital S.p.A..
In Gong Capital, Giuseppe as CEO Advises on acquisitions, mergers, valuations and commercialization of a real estate portfolio and funds.
Francesco Siddi
Investment Manager
Part of the Gong Capital team since 2018 Francesco is focused on overseeing financial management matters, deal analysis and portfolio Asset Management Operations.
Francesco has gained his skills by taking over acquisitions of companies, real estate properties and NPL in his previous work experience in consulting firms, investment banks and real estate asset management companies.
Bachelor's Degree at the University of Cagliari in Business Administration, Master of Science in Corporate Finance at Bocconi University, EP at SDA Bocconi in Finance.
Andrea Dell'Aera
Technical Manager
Andrea has been working for Gong Capital Since 2019, he supports Giuseppe Putignano in the technical urban planning pre-acquisition of real estate.
Andrea has gained experience as property manager for a leading Italian real estate company, where he was in charge of managing due diligence activities in merger and acquisition transactions of real estate portfolios and individual assets.
He previously worked for different companies as a real estate technical expert, as well as freelance consultant.
Rocco Venerito
Head of Compliance & Anti Money Laundering
Rocco is in charge of the guaranty of the AML activity and the Management of Non-Compliance Risk, with regards to the whole business. Moreover, he ensures that the internal procedures are consistent to prevent such risks.
Rocco has played responsibility roles in different Control Areas of the banking and financial sector, where he has worked for about 40 years.
Member of the Italian Internal Audit Association.
Member of the Italian Financial Industry Association.
Member of the Italian Compliance Association.
In recent years he has also worked as a Professor at the Department of Economics at some Italian Universities (Bologna – Torino). In his lectures he addressed themes as Corporate Governance and Strategic Relationships with the Stakeholders, the Management, the Bank’s System of Internal Control and the Reputation Economy of Italian Companies.
Since 2020 Rocco is Chairman and CEO of some of the Real Estate Companies of Gong Capital S.p.A. – Milan.
Lisa Petroni
Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Lisa manages the office and takes care of the secretarial and organizational activities.
Bachelor degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation, she has a good knowledge of foreign languages; in particular of Russian and Spanish.
