Real estate asset currently under construction. Gong Capital acquired the NPL from an Italian bank (the asset was its guarantee) and subsequently acquired the asset in July 2018. The works for the completion of the asset have started in July 2019. The asset is expected be completed by November 2020 and will be composed by 51 class A apartments (plus boxes and basements). The asset is located near the centre of the city, close to the Lodi TIBB underground. Total surface: approx. 5,000sqm – 10 floors above ground.
